| Windsor Forest Bowmen was formed in 1951 with His Royal Highness the Duke of Edinburgh as our patron and we are fortunate in that we have a bit of the Windsor Home Park Recreation Ground (St. Stephan's Field) as our field, with Windsor Castle as a picturesque and fitting backdrop. |

| In winter we shoot almost every Sunday from 10:00 to about 13:00, but the time we finish varies, depending on the round we shoot. And in summer we shoot on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from about 17:30 in addition to Sundays. Members also organise additional shoots amongst themselves as we have sole use of our bit of the grounds. |

| We have recurve, longbow and compound archers in our club and they are always more than willing to share their knowledge and experience with anyone that asks. |
